We work closely with our clients through the design process to create a well-executed design , guiding you through the planning and building regulations application processes, and resulting in a detailed set of drawings to provide your builder with a reliable set of information to build from.
The process begins with an initial meeting, where we will discuss client requirements and formulate a brief. We can also at this stage look at any site constraints or planning constraints that may influence the design.
Moving forward we start to create a design that once resolved will be submitted for a planning application.
There are lots of design features to consider such as layout, appearance and scale. We have experience working on a variety of different architectural styles and consider every new home we design a thoroughly rewarding challenge, helping bring our client ideas to life.
